    Experimental study on the effect of early interference of Fangxiaoyin Decoction on serum Interleukin10 level in asthmatic mice

    To investigate the effects of Fangxiaoyin Decoction on the serum concentration of Interleukin10(IL10) and eosinophil of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in asthmatic mice after early interference treatment.〖WTHZ〗Methods〖WTBZ〗Sixty healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into six groups: Group A:normal control group,Group B:asthmatic model group,Group C:lowdose Fangxiaoyin decoction treatment group,Group D:mediumdose Fangxiaoyin decoction treatment group,Group E:highdose Fangxiaoyin decoction treatment group,Group F:Budesonide(BUD)treatment group.The asthmatic mice model was stimulated with ovalumin.Fangxiaoyin decoction treatment groups were given from the first day sensitization by lowdose (containing crude drug 0.5 g/mL),medium dose (containing crude drug 1.5 g/mL),highdose (containing crude drug 2.5 g/mL),once a day,each 0.4 mL,for a total of 27 days.At the 24 h after the final stimulation (28 days),the mice were executed.Detect IL10 by ELISA.And then,detect the percentage of EOS of BALF by microscope.〖WTHZ〗Results〖WTBZ〗The percentage of EOS of BALF in group B was significantly higher than group A(P<0.01).The concentration of IL10 in group B was significantly lower than group A(P<0.01).Group C,D and E the concentrations of IL10 were significantly increased.There was significant difference between groups C,D,E and B(P<0.01) on the concentrations of IL10,and there was no significant difference between groupC,D,E and F(P>0.05).In group C,D,E and F EOS% of BALFwas decreased(P<0.01),there being no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05).〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖WTBZ〗Pathological state of asthmatic mice can be greatly improved after early interference treatment by Fangxiaoyin Decoction and BUD.The mechanism may be to increase IL10 and decrease EOS% of BALF.

    The effects of sensory integration therapy on gait of children with spastic cerebral palsy

    Objective〖WT5”BZ〗To explore the effects of sensory integration therapy on gait of children with spastic cerebral palsy and to provide a more effective new way rehabilitation of cerebral palsy.
    〖WT5”HZ〗Methods〖WT5”BZ〗A total of 64 children with spastic cerebral palsy were devided into 2 groups in pairs by their gender,age,body height,body weight,clinical classification and the ability of movement.For the 32(22 diplegia,10 hemiplegia)in experimental group:every day they received routine rehabilitation,including physical therapy,massage and exercise therapy,and in addition,they took 30 min of professional sensory integration therapy;for the 32(22 diplegia,10 hemiplegia)in control group:they only took routine rehabilitation,without sensory integration therapy.The course of treatment lasted for 3 months.Before and after rehabilitation treatments,we analysed their gait with their footprints we gathered.All the data were analysed with SPSS17.0 software.
    〖WT5”HZ〗Results〖WT5”BZ〗1.After the course of treatment, the walking foot length and velocity of both sides of children with diplegia in the two groups were improved,and the walking base was decreased(P<0.05,0.01).The walking foot length and velocity of both sides in experimental group were improved and the walking base was decreased,compared with those in control group(P<0.01).After the treatment,the heelstrike of both sides didn't show much change (P>0.05).2.After the course of treatment, walking foot length of the affected side of hemiplegia in the two groups was improved,and the walking base in experimental group was decreased(P<0.05,0.01).The walking foot length and velocity of the affected side were improved and the walking base was decreased in experimental group,compared with those in control group(P<0.01).The velocity in two groups and the walking base in control group didn't show much change(P>0.05).The heelstrike of both sides and the walking foot length in fine side didn't show much change after the treatment(P>0.05).
    〖WT5”HZ〗Conclusions〖WT5”BZ〗Both routine rehabilitation and routine rehabilitation together with sensory integration therapy can improve the gait (walking foot length,walking base,velocity) of children with spastic cerebral palsy,while routine rehabilitation together with sensory integration therapy is more effective.

    Objective〖WTBZ〗To evaluate curative effect of massage treatment objectively on children with diarrhea due to food damage.〖WTHZ〗Methods〖WTBZ〗Multicenter stratified randomization and concurrent control methods.Totally 111 cases with food damage syndrome were observed in three centers.Except for 4 amotic cases in the test group and 1 amotic case in the control group,there were 76 cases in the test group and 30 cases in the control group totally.〖WTHZ〗Results〖WTBZ〗The total effect after one treatment course in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).There were significant statistical difference between two groups in texture and quality of stool aspects,but not in stool frequency and character aspects.The test group was superior to control group.The total score after one treatment course between pretreatment and posttreatment in the test group decreased more obviously than that in the control group(P<0.01)。〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖WTBZ〗Massage therapy is effective for children's diarrhea with food damage syndrome,which is better than western medicine (Bifico and Smectite) and should be popularized and applied to clinics.

    ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of electroacupuncture on the expression of brainderived neuotrophic factor(BDNF) in the brain tissues of the young offspring of rats with congenital brain damage.
    MethodsPrepare the brain damage models by injecting LPS 450 μg/(kg·d)into abdominal cavity of pregnant rats on d17 and d18;injecting equally sterile NS into abdominal cavity of contrasting pregnant rats.The LPS young offspring of rats were randomly divided into the nonintervention group and the electroacupuncture group.The electroacupuncture group began intervention from d7 until d28,once a day.Select Baihui,Quchi and Zusanli as intervention points.The control group and the nonintervention group were given regular feeding.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of BDNF in d1,d14,d21 and d28.
    ResultsThe expression of BDNF of the nonintervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.01)in d1,and there was significant difference between the two groups.Compared with the nonintervention group and the control group,the expression of BDNF of the electroacupuncture group was higher(P<0.05)in each period and the difference was significant (P<0.01).
    ConclusionsIntrauterine infection can cause the increase of the expression of BDNF in neonatal rats with brain damage.Electroacupuncture can persistently increase the expression of BDNF in neonatal rats with brain damage.

    Expression and significance of whife matter neurocan and versican in the newborn rats with brain damage

    ObjectiveTo investigate Neurocan and Versican expression in white matter of the newborn rats with brain damage caused by intrauterine infection.MethodForty pregnant female rats were randomly divided into control group (n=10) and LPS group (n=30).The rats in LPS group were intraperitoneally administered LPS (serotype 055) 450μg/kg in two consecutive days,and the rats in control group were intraperitoneally administered physiological saline in the same dose.The offsprings were killed respectively at 0 day,1 day,1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks after birth;pathological changes of brain tissue were observed by HE staining,and the relative content of the neurocan and versican were measured by fluorescence quantitative RTPCR.Results(1)There were no death of pregnant rats and early birth in control group,and parturition of live births and fullterm pups were 124;5 pregnant rats in LPS group were dead,6 early delivery,and 132 were delivered fullterm and live births,death 24.(2)Neurocan mRNA and versican mRNA expression in white matter of LPS group were increased significantly at 0 day,1 day,1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks,respectively (P<0.05).ConclusionNeurocan and versican expression are increased significantly after brain injury induced by intrauterine infection.
