康复新液治疗小儿口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘要：
目的:  总结康复新液治疗小儿口腔溃疡的临床疗效。
方法:  选取口腔溃疡患儿50例(溃疡面为112个),随机分成观察组(康复新液)和对照组(冰硼散),疗程为7 d。观察并记录两组患儿治疗期间的患处局部疼痛的变化及溃疡愈合情况，以及对进食的影响。
结果:  疗程结束后,观察组的总有效率为88.89%(48/54),对照组的总有效率为70.69%(41/58),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
结论:  康复新液治疗小儿口腔溃疡有显著疗效,可减轻局部症状,促进溃疡愈合。

Abstract:
Objective：To evaluate the effect of Kangfuxin solution in treatment of children with oral ulcer.
Methods：Fifty cases of oral uler in children were randomly chosen and divided in to two groups.The experiment group were treated with Kangfuxin solution.The control group were treated with Bingpeng powder.The effective rate of the two groups was compared after seven days.
Results：Comparing the two groups,the effective rate of the experiment group(88.89%) was much higher than the control group(70.69%).The difference of the effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).
Conclusion：Kangfuxin solution has a good clinical effect on children with oral ulcer and can be used in clinic.
