黄芪颗粒联合氯雷他啶治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果观察

摘要： 目的:总结咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿采用黄芪颗粒与氯雷他啶联合治疗的临床效果。
方法:收集小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘80例患儿，随机分成对照组和观察组各40例。对照组单纯采用黄芪颗粒进行治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用氯雷他啶联合治疗，两组患儿连续接受为期3周的治疗。疗程结束后比较两组的临床疗效、症状缓解情况。
结果:观察组治疗3周后临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)，患儿的哮喘发作次数、咳嗽及肺部哮鸣音消失时间均显著低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论:黄芪颗粒与氯雷他啶联合治疗对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效良好，且有效促进患儿临床症状缓解。

Abstract: Objective:To study the effect of astragalus granule combined with loratadine on children with cough variant asthma.
Methods:From Jul.2013 to Jun.2015,a total of 80 children with cough variant asthma who accepted treatment in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).Patients in the control group were only given astragalus granule,and the other patients in the observation group were given both astragalus granule and loratadine.After treatment,we observed and compared their clinical effects and improvement of symptoms.
Results:Three weeks after treatment,the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)|the attack times of asthma and,cough and wheezing disappearance time of the observation group were all less than those of the control group,and the differences between them were statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion:Astragalus granule combined with loratadine,which has good clinical effect on children with cough variant asthma,can effectively relieve their clinical symptoms.
