摘要： 本文从儿童多动症中医病名沿革、临床研究、实验研究、特色优势、不足与展望分析阐述。临床报道增多，但缺乏严格的科研设计、多中心、随机、对照、大样本的临床研究；近10年来虽有一些国家自然科学基金课题的研究，但未取得突破性的进展；中医药治疗本病的优势在于个体化诊治、辨证论治、整体调节，恢复脏腑功能，控制本病。对其不足之处，要进一步加大研究，规范实验，弥补缺陷，协作攻关，争取创新成果。

Abstract: In this paper, we analyzed the evolution of TCM name of ADHD, clinical and experimental research, characteristics and advantages，and deficiencies and prospects. Although there are many clinical reports, most of them lack strict design, without multicentric, randomized, controlled and large-sample clinical research. In the recent 10 years, the research projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China haven't obtained ground-breaking progress. The advantages of TCM treatment for ADHD are individualized diagnosis and therapy, syndrome differentiation treatment, integral regulation and restoration of the function of the internal organs. In order to make greater innovative achievements, it is necessary to conduct further research and standardize experiment through cooperation.
