脑电生物反馈治疗结合学习任务训练对注意缺陷多动障碍患儿临床症状的影响

摘要: 目的 探讨脑电生物反馈治疗结合学习任务训练对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿临床症状的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院确诊为ADHD患儿157例为研究对象,在进行脑电生物反馈治疗并结合学习任务训练的前后,分别用持续性注意测试、Conners儿童行为量表、ADHD筛查量表(SNAP-IV)-父母版进行评估。结果 治疗后持续性注意力测试结果中错误数、漏报数、反应时间均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Conners儿童行为量表的结果中多动指数下降,品行、心身、学习、焦虑、冲动-多动中的问题行为也得到不同程度的改善,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SNAP-IV量表结果中注意力不集中症状和多动/冲动症状治疗后有改善,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用脑电生物反馈并结合学习任务训练治疗ADHD患儿有效果,可以改善患儿的临床症状,有利于进一步控制患儿多动、冲动和注意力不集中。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of EEG biofeedback therapy combined with learning task training on the clinical symptoms of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods A totally of 157 children with ADHD were selected, who were diagnosed in this hospital from Jan.2018 to Jan. 2020, and they evaluated by continuous attention test, Conners Child Behavior Scale and ADHD screening scale (SNAP-IV)-parent version before and after EEG biofeedback therapy combined with learning task training.Results The number of errors, the number of missing reports and the reaction time in the results of continuous attention test after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conners Child Behavior Scale showed that hyperactivity indexes decreased, and there was some improvement in behavior and psychosomatic, learning, anxiety, impulsivity/hyperactivity problems after treatment(P<0.05). SNAP-IV scale showed that the symptoms of inattention and hyperactivity/impulsivity were improved after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion EEG biofeedback therapy combined with learning task training is effective in the treatment of children with ADHD, which can improve the clinical symptoms of children, and is conducive to further control of hyperactivity, impulsivity and inattention.
