悬吊运动训练联合矫形鞋垫治疗对脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能和日常生活活动能力的疗效观察

Effects of sling exercise therapy combined with international college of biomechanics on the motor function and daily living activity ability of children with cerebral palsy

摘要: 目的 探讨悬吊运动训练联合矫形鞋垫治疗对脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)患儿运动功能和日常生活活动能力的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至12月滨州医学院附属医院儿童康复中心收治的痉挛型偏瘫脑瘫儿童52例,随机分为对照组和观察组各26例。对照组佩戴矫形鞋垫,并给予常规康复治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予悬吊运动训练,每组均治疗3个月。治疗前后采用粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM-88)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)和儿童功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)分别评估患儿的运动功能和日常生活活动能力。结果 治疗后两组患儿GMFM评分、BBS评分和WeeFIM评分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 悬吊运动训练联合矫形鞋垫治疗可有效改善痉挛偏瘫型脑瘫患儿的运动功能和日常生活活动能力。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of sling exercise therapy(SET) combined with international college of biomechanics(ICB) on the motor function and daily living activity ability of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Totally 52 children with spastic hemiplegia of cerebral palsy were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=26) and an experimental group(n=26).Both groups were given conventional rehabilitation therapy and ICB; in addition, the experimental group was given sling exercise therapy. The treatment lasted for 3 months for both groups. They were assessed with Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM-88),Berg balance scale(BBS) and  Functional Independence Measure Children's Edition (WeeFIM) before and after treatment.Results After treatment there was significant improvement in both groups with regard to the scores of GMFM,BBS and WeeFIM. The improvement was of statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The sling exercise therapy combined with ICB can effectively improve the motor function and daily living activity ability of children with spastic hemiplegia of cerebral palsy.
