摘要:
实施有效教学,最关键的因素是教师。教师专业素质决定着教学效益,决定教育质量的高低。在辨析了有效教学与教师专业素质的关系,以及《中西医结合儿科学》教学内容分析的基础上,对提升教师专业素质进行了实践与探索。
