多媒体感统训练结合口肌训练治疗脑性瘫痪合并构音障碍的疗效观察

目的:观察多媒体感觉统合训练配合语言相关口部肌肉训练治疗痉挛型脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)构音障碍患儿的临床效果。
方法:选取我科2018年1月至2019年10月收治的痉挛型脑瘫构音障碍患儿108例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各54例。对照组给予语言相关口部肌肉训练,观察组增加多媒体感觉统合训练,3个疗程后对比两组患儿语言功能和口部运动功能。
结果:治疗后两组患儿语言表达发育商、理解发育商均优于治疗前,且观察组患儿语言表达发育商、理解发育商均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿下颌口部、唇口部、舌口部运动功能和整体运动功能均优于治疗前,且观察组患儿下颌口部、唇口部、舌口部运动功能和整体运动功能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论:多媒体感觉统合训练配合语言相关口部肌肉训练能够通过降低相关肌肉肌张力,提高患儿感觉统合能力,有效改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿言语功能和口部运动功能,值得临床推广。

Multimedia sensory integration training combined with oral muscle training in the treatment of cerebral palsy with dysarthria

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of multimedia sensory integration training combined with language-related oral muscletraining in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy with dysarthria.#br# Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019, 108 children with dysarthria with spastic cerebral palsy were selected as the research subjects: 54 patients in the control group and 54 in observation group were given language-related oral muscle training, and 54 patients in the observation group were also given multimedia sensory integration training. After three courses of treatment, the speech function and oral motor function of the two groups were compared.#br# Results:After treatment, the development quotient of language expression and understanding of the children in the twogroups were both better than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the motor function and overall motor function of mandibular, labial and lingual parts in the two groups were all better than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the observationgroup was all better than the control group(P<0.05).#br# Conclusion:Multi-media sensory integration training combined with language-related oral muscle training can improve the sensory integration ability andeffectively improve the speech function and oral motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy by reducing the muscular tension of relevant muscles, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
