Abstract:

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of complex pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus in the adjuvant treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.
Methods: Collect the data of the hospitalized children with bronchial pneumonia in Pediatric Department of the Second Hospital of Shenyang Medical College between January to December 2015. A total of 218 cases were randomly divided into an observation group(n=112) and a control group(n=106).The conventional treatment was used for the control group, and the conventional treatment combined with complex pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus(Qd,3~5 d) was used for the observation group. Compare the treatment results and the improvement of clinical symptoms between the two groups.
Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 99.11%(111/112), and the control group was 91.51%(97/106).The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). There was significantly difference(P<0.05) on improvement time of cough, asthma and moist rales between observation group and control group(P<0.05). The hospitalization time was (5.7±2.5)d in the observation group and (6.9±3.6)d in the control group(P<0.05) with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).
Conclusion:The complex pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus has a very significant effect on bronchial pneumonia, and can markedly improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the hospitalization time.
