Abstract: Objective：To investigate the curative effects of Sijunzi decoction on immune function of the premature infants.Methods：A total of 60 cases of premature infants were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment according to Management guidelines for premature infants.The treatment group was treated with Sijunzi decoction orally taken in addition to the conventional treatment.Observe the immune function change and the side-fects in the two groups before and after treatment.Result：After treatment,CD3,CD4,IgG and IgA were significantly increased in the treatment guoup compared with control group,the difference being statistically significant (P＜0.05).In treatment group the incidence of hospital infection was 6.7%,while in control group,the incidence of hospital infection was 26.7%,which had statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).There was no side-effect in the treatment group.Conclusion：By regulating the T-lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin，Sijunzi decoction can regulate cellular immune function,enhance the body immunity，and reduce hospital infection，contributing to the treatment.
