注射型根管充填剂治疗乳牙根尖周病临床效果评价

Abstract:
Objective：To summarize the clinical effect of injectable root conal filling agent in the treatment of deciduous periapical disease.
Methods：Fifty children with deciducus periapical diseases were chosen as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional root canal filling material, and the observation group was treated with injectable root canal filling material. The clinical effect of two groups of children were compared.
Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 96%, significantly higher than the control group(72%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).
Conclusion：The curative effect of injectable root canal filling agent for deciduous periapical disease is remarkable, with high clinical value.
