Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of TCM prescriptions of "Zhi Yuan Qing" on Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and its influence on the T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+) value changes.
Methods:Totally 60 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Zhi Yuan Qing orally for 21 days. The control group was given azithromycin granules and Jizhi Syrup orally for 21 days, Compare clinical curative effect of two groups, and observe the changes of serum value of T lymphocyte subsets before and after the treatment.ResultsIn treatment group and control group, total effective rate was 100%;the clinical control rate was 86.66% in treatment group, and 40% in control group, which showed extremely significant difference (P<0.01). In the treatment group CD3+ and CD4+ cells in peripheral blood were significantly higher than in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).In the treatment group the peripheral blood CD8+ cells were lower than in the control group, showing significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine prescription of "Zhi Yuan Qing" for children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is safe and effective, and the regulation of T lymphocyte subgroup level is better, which helps to improve the cellular immune function.
