小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎42例临床分析

Abstract:
Objective：To summarize clinical features of pediatric acute mesenteric lymphadenitis, treatment experience and outcome.
Methods：A retrospective analysis of 42 cases of children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis was made regarding the clinical manifestations and treatment course.
Results：Abdominal pain was the main symptom of all the 42 cases of children, and the common age of onset was before seven years old,mostly in winter and spring. Most cases were caused by upper respiratory tract infection; ultrasonography could improve the detection rates. After antiinflammatory and antiviral treatment, 35 cases were cured, 5 cases got better, and 2 cases relapsed.
Conclusion：Pediatric acute mesenteric lymphadenitis is a common disease in children; ultrasonography is a reliable method for diagnosing the disease; early detection and treatment will result in good prognosis.
