支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白与IgE的相关性研究

Abstract:
Objective：To study the correlation between serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) and immunoglobulin E(IgE) in children with acute attack of bronchial asthma.
Methods：From January to December 2013，30 cases of mild-to-moderate bronchial asthma children in acute phase who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Traditional Chinese Medical University were chosen as observation group.At the same time select 30 cases of healthy children as the healthy control group.Use the double antibody ELISA method to determine serum ECP and IgE level of two groups.
Results：The ECP and IgE in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.01).ECP and IgE in the observation group had significantly positive correlation(r=0.471，P＜0.01).
Conclusion：Determination of serum IgE，ECP level can reflect the severity of airway inflammation，so they can be used as indexes of airway inflammation detection in bronchial asthma.
