Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application value of electrocardiogram in children with allergic purpura complicated with myocardial damage.
Methods: Eighty cases of allergic purpura complicated with myocardial damage treated in Pediatric Department of Children′s Hospital of Zhengzhou City were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 40 cases.Control group was detected by routine ECG.The observation group was detected by dynamic electrocardiogram. The detection rate of abnormal ECG and the rate of myocardial damage in patients with allergic purpura were compared between the two groups.
Results: Rate of ST-T change, prolongation of the QT interval, sinus bradycardia, and degree Ⅱ sinoatrial block was significantly higher in observation group than that of the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05)|detection rate of tachycardia, left ventricular hypertension, atrial premature beat, right bundle branch block, degree Ⅰ atrioventricular block and the total ECG change had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In observation group, the positive rate of myocardial damage was 97.5% (39/40),higher than the control group[72.5%(29/40)],the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion: Dynamic electrocardiogram can improve the detection rate of children with allergic purpura and myocardial damage, with higher positive rate of diagnosis, which can effectively determine whether the patients have myocardial damage,so it can be used as an important indicator of clinical diagnosis.
