Methods: From May 2013 to Apr.2015,a total of 80 children with bronchopneumonia who accepted treatment in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).Patients in these two groups all accepted conventional therapy|in addition, patients in the control group were given ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid, and the other patients in the observation group were given both ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid and Xiaoer Kechuanling granules.Five days after treatment,we observed and compared their clinical effects and symptom relief time.
Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)|the fever regression time and disappearance time of cough, wheezing and rale of the observation group were all less than those of the control group, and the differences between them were statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion: Xiaoer Kechuanling granules combined with ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid, which has good clinical effect on children with bronchopneumonia, can effectively relieve their clinical symptoms. Thus,it is worthy of promotion.
