Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect and safety of Reduning injection in the treatment of children with pharyngoconjunctival fever.
Methods: A total of 66 cases of pharyngoconjunctival fever in children were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method:the observation group(33 cases) and the control group(33 cases). The control group received treatment of Yanhuning powder-injection,   0.08~0.29 each time, which was added to 250 mL of  5% glucose injection for intravenous dripping|the treatment lasted for 3 days.
Results: was used for treatment in the observation group, 20 mL of which was added to 250 mL of normal saline injection, once a day,and the treatment lasted for 4 days,Compare the treatment effect between the two groups at the end of the course. Results:The total effective rate was 93.94% in the observation group, which was better than of the control group(66.67%),the difference being of statistical significance(P< 0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in the following aspects:clinical abatemen of fever, disappearance of sore throat and pharyngoconjunctival congestion, and hospital stay, and there was statistical diffence between the two groups(P< 0.05).The rate of adverse reactions was 6.06% in the observation group, and it was better than than in the contril group(27.27%),the difference being statistical(P<0.05).
Conclusion: Reduning Injection has  great effect in the treatment of children with pharyngoconjunctival fever with high safety, which is of practical value of promotion in clinics.
