桑菊饮对肺炎支原体感染风热咳嗽患儿诱导排痰液中白细胞介素6和白细胞介素17水平的影响

Abstract:

Objective：To observe sputum IL-6 and IL-17 level changes in the wind-heat cough children diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia infection before and after treatment with Sangju Yin.

Methods：The 80 cases of wind-heat cough children diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia infection were randomly divided into control group(n=40) and Chinese medicine group(n=40).Two groups were infused azithromycin and aerosolized 3% hypertonic saline water for inducing sputum. In addition,traditional Chinese medicine group was given Sangju Yin and ELISA test was used to measure the induced sputum supernatant IL-6 and IL-17 levels before treatment and 7 days after treatment.
Results：Compared with control group, the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly decreased, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.01).

Conclusion：Sangju Yin can reduce IL-6 and IL-17 levels in induced sputum supernatant of the wind-heat cough children with mycoplasma pneumonia infection, improve the inflammatory reaction, and plays a role in the treatment.
