单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合热毒宁治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效观察

Abstract:

Objective：To investigate the effect of vidarabine monophosphate combined with Reduning injection in treatment of children with viral pneumonia.

Methods：Totally 180 cases of children with viral pneumonia in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 90 cases in each group. On the basis of routine comprehensive treatment, children in observation group were treated with vidarabine monophosphate combined with Reduning injection, and children in control group were treated with ribavirin intravenous drip; after 7 days of continuous treatment, treatment effect, disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.

Results：The total efficiency rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, 98.9%（89/90）vs 82.8%（74/90）, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05). The disappearance time of fever, cough, moist crackles and pharyngalgia in observation group was shorter than control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).

Conclusion：Clinical effect of vidarabine monophosphate combined with Reduning injection is significant in treatment of children with viral pneumonia, which can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs, and is better than traditional ribavirin treatment.
