尿常规检验对小儿急性阑尾炎的鉴别诊断价值

Abstract

Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect and value of urine test in the differential diagnosis of children with acute appendicitis.
Methods:A total of 83 children with acute appendicitis treated in Shenyang Medical College Affiliated Hospital from Feb.2015 to Feb.2016 were randomly divided into two groups: control group(41 cases) and observation group(42 cases).The control group was performed differential diagnosis by ultrasonic examination, and the observation group by routine urine test. Compare the Results: of the two groups.
Results：All the 83 children were confirmed to be with acute appendicitis by operation and pathological detection. The detection rate was 92.86%(39/42) in observation group, which was higher than that of control group(73.17%,30/41), and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).
Conclusion：Routine urine test has higher detection rate in the differential diagnosis of children with acute appendicitis, so it is worth of being recommended and used in clinics.
