Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of two different kinds of nursing intervention on the children with lobar pneumonia.
Methods:Eighty cases of children with pneumonia, which were treated in the Fifth People's Hospital of Shenyang from January 2015 to January 2016, were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-five cases of children with pneumonia in the experiment group received additional nursing intervention, including aerosol inhalation, postural drainage and chest physical therapy on the basis of routine drug treatment, while 45 cases in the control group only received the routine drug treatment. Compare the time that clinical symptoms disappeared, such as fever, asthma, cough and crackles. Nursing effect of two groups were compared.
Results:Total effective rate of  nursing in experiment group was 94.3%(33/35),which was higher than that of control group(73.3%, 33/45)(P<0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups on the disappearance time of crackles and asthma(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences between the two groups on that of fever and cough(P>0.05).
