心理护理在儿科门诊中的应用价值

Abstract

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the value of psychological nursing in outpatient department of pediatrics.
Methods:From October 2014 to February 2016, 252 children and their parents were selected as the research object from Shenhe Maternal and Child Health Clinics. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 126 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing and outpatient treatment; the observation group was given psychological nursing based on the treatment for control group. The compliance of children and parents' satisfaction were compared between two groups.
Results:In observation group, the compliance of children and parents' satisfaction were significantly better than the control group, there being statistical significance(P<0.05).
Conclusion：The psychological nursing can improve the compliance of children and parents' satisfaction, and it is worthy of popularization in pediatric clinics.
