Abstract:
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of pulmicort respulas combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of children with capillary bronchitis.
Methods:Totally 94 cases of children with capillary bronchitis admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to May 2016 were divided into control group(47 cases) and treatment group(47 cases) according to the random number table method. The patients in control group were treated with pulmicort respulas for drug therapy on the basis of conventional therapy, and the treatment group was given methylprednisolone intervention on the basis of treatment for control group, 5 days as course. The therapeutic effect and the disappearance time of corresponding symptoms in the two groups were observed.
Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 78.72%(37/47), which was significantly lower than that in the treatment group(97.87%,41/47). The time for asthma, cough and lung rales to disappear in the control group was longer than in the observation group, the difference being statistical(P<0.05).
Conclusion:The combined treatment of methylprednisolone and pulmicort respulas has better therapeutic effect in most of the children with capillary bronchitis with less remission time spent on children with the symptoms of cough and asthma.
