Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the risk factors affecting the recurrence of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP) in children and to explore the preventive measures.
Methods:Twenty patients with recurrent allergic purpura who were treated from May 2015 to May 2016 in Hunan Children's Hospital were enrolled in this study as the observation group. Fifty healthy children from Hunan Children's Hospital were selected as the control group. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the recurrence risk factors of allergic purpura in children, and the corresponding preventive measures were discussed.
Results:There was no significant difference in sex and age between the two groups(P>0.05). There were significant differences in immunological parameters, routine blood test, urinary protein, blood lipid and food intolerance(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that food intolerance and pathological proteinuria were independent risk factors for recurrence of allergic purpura in children(P<0.05).
Conclusion:Specific IgG antibody detection and elimination of inflammation of the body will help reduce the recurrence rate of allergic purpura in children.
