Abstract:
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of transitional nursing model for children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis during discharge nursing.
Methods：Sixty children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=30),who received treatment from January 2015 to June 2016 in Nanshan District Shekou People's Hospital of Shenzhen. The observation group was given transitional nursing model, while the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction, average hospital stay and hospitalization frequency of two groups were observed.
Results：The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90%(27/30), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.0%,21/30), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average length of stay in hospital and the hospitalization frequency in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion：In the clinical nursing of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis, the transitional nursing model can improve the satisfaction of children, and shorten the hospital stay some extent, which is worth promoting.
