阿奇霉素联合激素治疗重症/难治性肺炎支原体肺炎疗效观察

Objective
To investigate the effect of Azithromycin combined with glucocorticoid in children with severe/refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia.
Methods
A total of 102 children with severe/refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected as the research object，and were divided into the control group and the research group randomly，51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Azithromycin intravenous drip，and the research group was treated with Azithromycin and methylprednisolone sodium succinate. The clinical symptoms and signs， the disappearance time， the effective and the adverse rates of the two groups were observed during the treatment.
Results
The symptoms disappearance time，hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group(96.1%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.5%，P<0.05).
Conclusion
Azithromycin combined with glucocorticoid can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia， shorten hospital stay，improve the curative effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
