Abstract:
In traditional Chinese medicine, flu virus infection belongs to the category of epidemic cold, warm disease and plague. Haze is a phenomenon of air pollution, which consists of condensation of water vapor, which can be form under the condition of sufficient water vapor, gentle breeze, stable atmosphere and relative humidity reaching 100%, so it is damp-qi according to the six-qi. In the haze environment, flu virus infection is mostly the combination of dampness and poison. Clinically it manifests as fever, weakness of the whole body, ache, dry throat and bucking, with red tongue and white moss as the most typical manifestation. The treatment should focus on removing dampness and detoxication. Clinically Sweet Dew detoxication pill is used to treat flu in haze environment and has achieved good effect.
