Abstract: This paper briefly introduces Prof. She Jilin’s experience in the treatment of children with Tourette syndrome from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, treatment principles and prescriptions. At onset stage, the disease manifests as "Shi Zheng"(with the symptom of high fever, no sweat, abdominal distension, etc.), and the treatment aims to calm the liver wind, clear away heart-fire, nourish Yin and clear the heat. At remission stage, the disease manifests as "Xu Zheng"(deficiency syndrome), and the treatment focuses on invagrating spleen, nourishing Yin and Yang, calming liver wind and nourishing liver and kindey. Meanwhile, Prof. She also pays attention to psychological behavior intervention. Prof. She thinks that this disease in children most often is related to allergy, which makes more attacks at the turn of seasons and becomes more severe after catch a cold. During treatment, anti-allergic medicine should be given and pay attention to the regulation of lung, in order to strengthen the children's physical condition and improve the allergic situation of the children.
