Abstract:
objective
To study the changes of serum levels of immune cytokines in children with bronchiolitis based on Th1/Th2 balance in order to clarify the pathogenesis of bronchiolitis and provide a theoretical basis for preventing bronchiolitis from developing asthma in the future.
Methods
From September 2016 to February 2017, 30 children with bronchiolitis admitted to the Department of Respiratory Diseases of Children's Hospital of Dalian were treated and were chosen as observation groups. At the same time, the healthy children of the same age were selected as the control group. Use Elisa method to detect the changes of immune cytokines(IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-10,IL-13,IL-33 and IL-17) in serum of both groups.
Results
Compared with the control group, the level of IL-4,IL-10,IL-13,IL-33 and IL-17 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion:The morbidity of bronchiolitis in children is closely related to changes of the level of cytokines, and the body is in Th1/Th2-related immune imbalance.
