Abstract:
Objective
With the development of individualized treatment and transformational medicine, biological sample bank, as a bridge between clinical and scientific research transformation, has attracted more and more attention. Firstly, the current situation of the construction of biological sample bank at home and abroad is described. Secondly, the main points of the construction of biological sample bank of children's pulmonary diseases were summarized. Finally, the significance of the construction of biological sample bank with disciplinary characteristics was analyzed. By establishing a standardized biological sample bank of children's pulmonary diseases with disciplinary characteristics, we can enhance the construction of discipline connotation, and also provide an important guarantee for translational medicine
