虞坚尔教授辨治小儿胃食管反流性咳嗽的经验浅谈

Abstract:
Professor Yu Jianer believes that the main pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux cough in children is that the lung and spleen qi are not sufficient, and the viscera is subject to pathogens. Phlegm and indigestion are important pathological factors. Treatment should focus on the regulation combined with lung and spleen, treating the symptoms and causes at the same time. Meanwhile, pay attention to the treatment for airway spasm, protect the spleen and stomach of children, and be careful in using cold medicine and drugs made from metals and stones. A medical record is attached.
