Abstract: In the recovery period of pediatric pneumonia , most children have no acute symptoms such as fever or dyspnea, but often have coughs with sputum, phlegm sounds in the throat, and long time of lung rales. In severe cases, even wheezing occurs repeatedly. This period lasts for a long time, and is often prolonged and lingering.  Its pathogenesis is complex, that is, deficiency of Yang is the root cause while phlegm in the lung is the superficial cause. Therefore, in the treatment，the Chinese herbs of warming Yang are used to solve the fundamental problem while Chinese herbs to resolve phlegm are uses to treat the superficial cause.
