甘麦大枣健脾汤合肌苷及复合维生素B片治疗小儿多发性抽动症56例疗效观察

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with inosine and vitamin B complex in the treatment of children with Tourette′s syndrome Methods A total of 56 children with Tic disorder were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019,and they were given Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with inosine and vitamin B complex for treatment,four weeks as a course After 2 courses of treatment,the effect was evaluated Results The treatment was significantly effective in 32 cases,effective in 17 cases and ineffective in 7 cases,with the total effective rate being 87.5% Conclusion Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with inosine and vitamin B complex has significant effect in the short term in the treatment of children with Tourette syndrome。
