侯江红教授治疗小儿泄泻用药规律分析

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To analyze the medication rules of Professor Hou Jianghong in the treatment of diarrhea in children. Methods Totally 186 prescriptions in the outpatient medical records from June 2016 to April 2019 were collected for descriptive statistical analysis,and the frequency of meridian tropism,efficacy classification,four Qi and five flavors of drugs was analyzed at the same time. Results In Prof Hou Jianghong′s treatment for children′s diarrhea,many drugs (Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,lentils,etc.) were used to strengthen the spleen and transport the spleen,mainly including tonic drugs,diuretic drugs and dampnessresolving drugs;most of the drugs were warm,and the flavors of the drugs were mostly pungent and sweet. Conclusion Professor Hou Jianghong′s treatment for infantile diarrhea is mainly based on invigorating Qi and spleen and warming the stomach. The drugs are mainly mild in nature and function through spleen and stomach.
