Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yinchen Wuling powder on children with acute jaundice hepatitis. Methods A total of 60 pediatric patients with acute jaundice hepatitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the observation objects of this study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each. The control group was treated with the routine treatment to protect liver and eliminate jaundice. The children in the observation group were treated to apply Yinchen Wuling powder on the basis of routine treatment methods. To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and symptom improvement of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment of applying Yinchen Wuling powder, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%(29/30), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.3%,22/30). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The digestive tract symptom regression time, jaundice fading time and liver recovery time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion After adding Yinchen Wuling powder to children with acute jaundice hepatitis, it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the children, so as to improve the clinical therapeutic effect of the children, and promote the recovery of the children's condition to a certain extent.
