Abstract: Objective To study the effects of game articulation training on oral motor function and language function in children with articulation disorder after cerebral palsy.Methods Ninety-eight children with articulation disorder after cerebral palsy were selected, who were admitted to the Pediatric Department of the New District Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2021 to October 2022, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 49 cases in each group according to random number table method. The control group was given routine one-to-one language training, and the observation group was given group game articulation training. The improvement in articulation disorder, oral motor function and language function were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement in motor function of tongue, lip and jaw in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement in expression ability, operation ability and understanding ability of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment effect of group game articulation training was better than that of routine one-to-one language training. Conclusion Group game articulation training has a definite effect on children with articulation disorder after cerebral palsy, which can effectively improve the oral motor function, relieve articulation disorder and strengthen language function
