Abstract: Objective：〖WT5”BZ〗To observe the internal and external inhibition of bacteria with Liyankang granule for children.〖WT5”HZ〗Methods：〖WT5”BZ〗The 90% lethal dose(LD90) of alpha streptococcus  liquid was givn by abdominal injection to infect small rats in order to observe internal  inhibition of bacteria with Liyankang granule for children.Through defermination of diameter of inhibiting bacteria circle, we observed the external inhibition of bacteria with Liyankang granule for children.〖WT5”HZ〗Results：〖WT5”BZ〗Liyankang granule for children could obviously expand survival time of small rats infected by alpha streptococcus,having certain inhibition on beta streptococcus, Staphylococcus aureus, pneumococcus, Bacillus influenzae, colon bacillus and Sh.flexneri.〖WT5”HZ〗Conclusion：〖WT5”BZ〗Liyankang granule for children has has the effect of inhibiting inhibition of bacteria.
