Abstract

Abstract: Based on the principle of "Patients with retained phlegm should be treated with mild Chinese medicine"，which is Item 12 of the book Synopsis of Gloden Chamber，we have perfermed treatment on children with pneumonia in recovery stage，focusing on cough，much phlegm, low-grade fever and prolonged course of disease.In this paper，the pathogenesis and its treatment were discussed and the effect of the treatment based on this principle were further discussed through examples.
