独参汤对小儿重症病毒性心肌炎的疗效观察

Abstract

Abstract: Objective:Observe the clinical effects of treatment for severe paediatric viral myocarditis with Dushen decoction.Methods:We divided 16 children with severe viral myocarditis into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with conventional western medicine along with Dushen decoction.After two weeks of treatment,observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment on the above two groups,and the changes in troponin and creatine kinase isoenzyme.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group with statistical difference(P<0 05).Both the two groups have shown significant decrease in troponin and creatine kinase isoenzyme after treatment,with the observation group much lower than the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0 05).No adverse reaction occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The treatment for severe paediatric viral myocarditis with Dushen decoction can produce definite curative effects and is safer.
