Abstract: Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of massage manipulation or combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTI) in children. Methods:To search the literature on children′s RRTI treated by massage,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Weipu,PubMed、The Cochrane Library、EMbase,The retrieval time is from self-built library to June 2020.Two researchers assisted each other,According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,Use Revman 5.3 for Meta analysis. Results:17 papers were selected,A total of 1 858 cases,Treatment group 931 cases,Control group 927 cases.The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(OR=4.66,95%CI(3.39,6.40),P<0.000 01),The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving IgA、IgG、IgM、CD3、CD4 and CD4/CD8 levels,There were statistical differences,but showed no statistical significance in improving CD8. Conclusion:The available evidence shows that the use of massage manipulation or massage combined with conventional therapy is effective in the treatment of RRTI in children,better than western medicine oral or intravenous drip,blank control or simulant treatment.
