Abstract: Objective To analyze the relationship between MPV, RDW, PLT, NLR, PLR, MPR level and IgA vasculitis(IgAV) in children with IgAV.Methods A total of 179 children with IgAV were included as the research subjects, who were diagnosed and treated in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from Jan. 2015 to Sep. 2020. They were divided into two groups based on whether there was multi-system damage: 89 IgAV children with multi-system damage in the observation group and 90 children with common IgAV in the control group. Pearson bivariate linear correlation analysis was adopted.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of multi-system damage. ROC curve was drawn to make the analysis. Results The levels of MPV and MPR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of PLT and PLR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of MPV of the two groups were negatively correlated with PLT and positively correlated with MPR; MPV level was the influencing factor of multi-system damage. The levels of PLT, PLR and MPV of observation group were used to draw the ROC curve. The AUC of MPV, PLT and PLR were 0.128, 0.674 and 0.621, respectively, and the best cut-off values were 8.25, 308.50 and 123.17, respectively. Conclusion MPV, PLT and PLR in peripheral blood may have certain significance in evaluating the multi-system damage of IgAV.
