Abstract: This paper introduces the treatment experience in children with long-term repeated hyperpyrexia based on the dialectical thinking of Zhongjing Lily disease. The clinical manifestations of hypothalamus syndrome are various, mainly manifested as hyperpyrexia, overeating, abnormal water drinking, polyuria, and obesity, etc. However, the treatment for hypothalamus syndrome with long-term hyperpyrexia as the main manifestation is troublesome. Based on Zhongjing's dialectical thinking, combined with the characteristics of long-term hyperpyrexia, and inspired by Synopsis of the Golden Chamber: Lily Huhuo's Syndrome of Yin and Yang, the Third Treatment, and from the perspective of Lily disease, Professor Zhao Kun thinks that the pathogenesis is yin-yang imbalance, yin deficiency and internal heat, and mental loss. The treatment is to reconcile yin and yang, nourish yin and clear heat, and make calm, and he has made a self-made "Lily Antipyretic Decoction", which has a remarkable effect.
