Abstract: Bronchiolitis obliterans is a clinical syndrome caused by chronic airflow obstruction due to small airway stenosis or obstruction. The disease is recurrent and has long been a burden on the family and society. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment for the disease can relieve the clinical symptoms and gains more and more attention. In recent years, clinical physicians have put forward new academic views on the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of the disease in combination with their clinical symptoms and etiology and pathogenesis. This paper will summarize them in order to provide a more comprehensive theoretical basis for clinical syndrome differentiation.
