Abstract

Abstract:
Chronic kidney disease is a common clinical disease in children, causing great harm to the physical and mental health of children and adolescents. In recent years, combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine, the treatment for children with chronic kidney disease has more advantages in improving the quality of life of children, delaying the progress and reducing the economic burden than pure western medicine treatment. In this paper, the current Chinese and western definition of chronic kidney disease, its classification and treatment were summed up in order to provide a reference for its treatment based on Chinese and western medicine.
