Abstract: The outbreak of COVID-19 in December 2019 has spread to all parts of China,  and the number of infected children has been increasing. Epidemiology shows that generally all people are susceptible to the virus. The patients with basic diseases, especially cardiovascular diseases, are at high risk of critical diseases. The children with myocarditis have the history of myocardial diseases, such as myocardial fibrosis, so when it is complicated with COVID-19, the diagnosis and treatment face great challenges. Based on the clinical characteristics of COVID-19 and the key points of management of myocarditis in children, we put forward the clinical management recommendations for COVID-19 in children with myocarditis.
