Abstract: Objective:Through detecting and analyzing the serum allergen in children with allergic diseases and suspected allergic diseases in Liaoyang area, to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases.Methods:A total of 2 641 children with allergic diseases and suspected allergic diseases were screened by western blotting, and clinical data were analysed retrospectively.Results:Totally 737(28.19%) out of 2 641 children were with positive allergens, 1 717 cases were 0-3-year old, and 394(22.95%) of them were positive for allergen screening; in 897 cases of 3-14-year old children， 343 cases(38.24%) were positive for allergen screening. Inhalant allergens were as follows(from high to low): house dust mites, mixed mold, dog hair dander, cat hair dander, house dust, mixed grass pollen(Artemisia/short ragweed/Humulus/amaranth), mixed tree pollen(cypress/elm/willow/birch/maple/walnut/sycamore/poplar)，and cockroaches； food allergens were as follows(from high to low): milk, eggs, crab, cashew nuts/peanuts/soy, shellfish/fish, shrimp, beef/lamb, mango/apple/cherry/peach;0-3-year old children were commonly allergic to milk, eggs and other food allergens , and 3-14-year old children were commonly allergic to house dust mites, mold and other mixed inhalant allergens.Conclusion：Milk, eggs and other food allergens are major allergens of allergic diseases in 0-3-year old children, with the age growing, food allergens gradually decreased, while house dust mites, mixed mold and other inhaled allergens become the main allergen.
