Abstract:
Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of different schemes on the stress ulcer bleeding in newborn infants.
Methods:A total of 80 cases of stress ulcer bleeding in children in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the research subjects, and by the random double blind method, the cases were divided into two groups, each with 40 cases;the control group received routine treatment of fasting, primary disease symptomatic intervention, while the observation group was given the same treatment for the control group combined with hemocoagulase treatment;compared clinical curative effect, the main symptoms disappearance time and adverse reaction of the two groups.
Results:The total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group and 80.0% in the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of gastrointestinal dysfunction was [(4.68±0.78)d vs (7.86±0.82)d] respectively, disappearance time of bad circulation was [(1.88±0.53)d vs(3.92±0.35)d] respectively, and the time to stop bleeding was respectively [(1.28±0.70)d vs(2.82±0.84)d],the difference being statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no significant adverse reactions in both two groups.
Conclusion:Conventional therapy combined with blood coagulation intervention can significantly shorten the bleeding time, and the effect is exact, which can be used as an important means of managing neonatal stress ulcer bleeding.
