呼出气一氧化氮测定在儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘中的诊断价值

Abstract

Abstract: Objective:To determine the changes of exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) in children with cough variant asthma(CVA), and to explore the diagnostic value of FeNO in children's CVA.Methods:Thirty cases of children with CVA admitted to Pediatric Department of Fushun Mining Administration General Hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were set as CVA group; 30 cases of children with cough(PIC) after infection were selected during the same period and they were set as PIC group. The levels of FeNO and IgE were measured separately in two groups.Results:The levels of FeNO and IgE were increased in both groups, The levels in CVA group were (33.23±16.29)×10-9mol/L, significantly higher than those of the PIC group［(19.30±9.87)×10-9mol/L］, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in IgE levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of chronic cough in children, FeNO can be used as a diagnostic method for the diagnosis of CVA.
