穴位注射鼠神经生长因子对脑性瘫痪患儿智力发育及运动功能的影响

Effect of acupoint injection of rat nerve growth factor on intelligence development and motor function of children with cerebral palsy

摘要： 目的 探讨穴位注射鼠神经生长因子对脑性瘫痪（简称脑瘫）患儿的影响。
方法 选取2017年5月至2019年5月我院收治的脑瘫患儿100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规康复治疗，观察组给予穴位注射鼠神经生长因子+常规康复治疗，对比分析两组智力发育、运动功能及儿童语言发育程度。
结果 治疗前两组粗大运动功能分级系统（GMFCS）评分、发育商（DQ）评分、儿童语言发育迟缓检查评价法(S-S法)评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后两组GMFCS评分均降低，DQ评分、S-S法评分均升高，且观察组GMFCS评分比对照组低，DQ评分、S-S理解评分、S-S表达评分比均对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 穴位注射鼠神经生长因子可促进脑瘫患儿智力发育，并可提高患儿运动功能与语言发育程度。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint injection of rat nerve growth factor (NGF) on children with cerebral palsy
Methods Totally 100 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,50 in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given acupoint injection of rat nerve growth factor + routine rehabilitation treatment. The intelligence development,motor function and children′s language development of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in gross motor function classification system(GMFCS) scores,developmental quotient(DQ) or the scores of S-S assessment before and after treatment(P>0.05) After treatment,the GMFCS scores decreased,while DQ and S-S scores increased in both groups;GMFCS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,while DQ,S-S understanding score and S-S expression scores were higher(P<0.05)
Conclusion Acupoint injection of rat nerve growth factor can promote the intelligence development of children with cerebral palsy,and improve their motor function and language development.
