Abstract: In recent years, autoimmune encephalitis has been paid more and more attention to in central immune diseases. In 1960s, some scholars have found that patients with marginal damage were often complicated with tumor lesions of other systems. With the research deepened, paraneoplastic, non-paraneoplastic and infectious types have also been found. The pathogenesis of autoimmune encephalitis is unknown. The most common clinical classification of autoimmune encephalitis is based on different types of antireceptors, and different classifications have different clinical manifestations. For different clinical symptoms, the treatment for autoimmune encephalitis includes symptomatic treatment and immunotherapy. This article will summarize the above aspects in order to provide some reference for clinicians' understanding of the disease.
